Welcome to The Unbroken, I created this blog and lifestyle brand to journal my life's experiences. Throughout life I have faced great adversity, trials, and triumphs. Writing has helped me look at life's twists and turns from a different perspective. This new perspective has shown me the light even in our darkest moments. It is my hope that I may inspire people to persevere, find the positive, learn from the bad, and live a life UNBROKEN. I got the term Unbroken through CrossFit. When you go "unbroken" in a work out, it means you've done all the reps in the workout for one or more movements without stopping. This often times requires great mental fortitude and strength. The same can be said for life, how will you choose to take on adversity? Will you be Unbroken? Unconquerable? Philippians 4:13~I can do all things, through Christ who strengthens me.
